At Dix & Joan, we put your ideas to practice and help you understand the space you are working with or see a product before production. Using architectural drafting tools like Revit and 3ds Max, we can allow you to see where that possible investment could take you.

WHAT WE OFFER

Furniture/Product Design
- Building something from scratch? We can provide renderings of potential products or pieces of unique furniture for future sale.
Event planning
- A lot of venues provide measurements, but it's nearly impossible to know if 20 round tables, a DJ booth, and a buffet table will fit in the venue you reserved. We can help you visualize that space so you can know exactly where all of your dining and event equipment will be.
Furniture plan
- Buying a new sectional but unsure if it will fit in your living room? We are happy to draw a furniture plan and figure out the best place to see the TV.
Updated floor plans
- The previous owner of your home or condominium may not have given you plans and elevations
- You have outdated blueprints that are decades old and possibly inaccurate. We can get you started by providing you an updated floor plan
Unsure about a renovation
- Sometimes you just need to see the vision before hiring a contractor or interior designer. We are happy to provide a floor plan, interior elevations, and even renderings of the proposed renovation area.
